Cancellations:
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you must notify the team at least 5 days before delivery.
Quality Guarantee:
We guarantee that our trees are of a high standard. All our Christmas trees are purpose grown and often look their best on the north facing side.
Our trees are hand picked to meet our high standards. If the tree we deliver to you is not of a reasonable quality we will replace your tree at no additional cost.
In order to replace your tree, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving it.
